Monday Kickoff · No. 3 · 5 October 2026

A quiet week off, and hi! picked up the client it tests its own process on.

Both founders were mostly out, so no Friday Roundup ran on 2 October and this edition covers everything since the last Kickoff. The two main changes were both on Stacy’s side, on 2 October: Hose Water Supply Co. became hi!’s own-process test client, and ADHD-friendly format became the permanent default for the whole fleet.

Executive summary

Hose Water

Own-process test client, set up 2 October. Terms and the session handoff are written. The first thing it needs is the handoff brief from Stacy.

Veterans Navigation

Unchanged and still paused. The two questions that block shipping are in Blockers below.

The fleet

Barely invoked this period. Both founders were mostly out; the only agent work was the HWSC setup.

Elizabeth’s side

Mostly out this period. Her Company Updates file is Daisy’s to refresh when she is back.

Blockers

The first one stops new work. The rest are carried, untapped since 25 September.

Paste the handoff prompt into your personal Claude and bring back its brief.

Contextthe one thing the HWSC session cannot do itself

Your personal Claude is finishing the Shopify and SEO cleanup, so only it knows what changed. The prompt is near the end of hi-clients/Hose Water Supply Co./HANDOFF_social-content-project.md. It asks for facts only: baseline numbers, what changed, account names and IDs. No passwords.

Without it, the fleet would start from a month-old audit and guess at the store’s current state.

Stacy · about two minutes

Contextthe last route nobody has tried

Craig still has no GitHub transport on the mini. The hosted GitHub server fails with a confirmed auth incompatibility, not a retry problem.

The first-party claude.ai connector list is the one path not yet tested, and it is in your own account settings.

Stacy · open since 31 August

Contextstill an inert agent, not a pending decision

Her four engines were built generic on 30 August against slots a founder has to fill.

Filling the slots and parking her on purpose are both answers. Neither is the only state that produces nothing.

Either founder · governs two open client questions

Contextthe home page is drawn; these are what still can't ship

While nobody contacts Veterans Navigation Network, no agent can answer which of four giving destinations is canonical, or whether to publish a crisis path.

Neither blocks the design work. Both block shipping.

Elizabeth · not urgent, for when she is back

Contexttwo items, both hers, neither blocking anyone

Canon changed again on 2 October, so any surface pasted before then is behind. Separately the documents tree still sits in iCloud, which is hers because it is her account.

Nothing on Stacy’s side waits on either.

Clients

Hose Water Supply Co.Client · own-process test

hi!’s own-process test client: content, posting and ads, end to end. It is a founder-owned brand, so the rules are stricter than for an arm’s-length client, not looser.

Where it stands

  • Terms recorded 2 October from Stacy’s own statements. Any public result must disclose that the brand is founder-owned.
  • A founder writes or substantially rewrites every caption. Agents draft only.
  • The product shown is the product that ships. AI visuals may change the scene, never the shirt, and carry the platform’s AI label.
  • Posting, ad spend and platform permissions need a founder’s yes. No posting or spend is recorded in hi-clients.
  • Weekend · the session handoff was written 3 October. It has had no review gate.

Veterans Navigation NetworkClient · Cairo leads

Unchanged since the last Kickoff. The home page is drawn and the engagement is still paused for the mini rebuild.

Where it stands

  • Nothing moved this period. No session has picked it back up since 19 September.
  • Shipping still waits on the no-contact question in Blockers above.

The fleet

The fleetAll agents

A quiet week. Both founders were mostly out, and the only agent work was the Hose Water setup.

Who was not invoked

  • Craig, Aidan, Kai and Claire were not invoked from Stacy’s machine this period, per Stacy. Cairo ran briefly on 2 October and hit the old ADHD gate, which led to the canon change below.
  • Their next real job is Hose Water, once the brief in Blockers arrives.

Changelog · since the Kickoff of 28 September

What changed

  • ADHD-friendly format is now the permanent default, fleet-wide. Stacy’s call, 2 October, in CANON §1 (hi-agents 4d52307). ADHD is no longer treated as private anywhere.
  • That closes the Craig-handoff privacy row. The lines it flagged were the founders’ ADHD, which the 2 October decision says is not sensitive. The fleet check no longer reports them, so the row is off this page.
  • The 2 October change had not reached any machine. It shipped without a version bump. Aimee bumped hi-fleet to 0.25.63 today; machines pick it up on their next plugin update.
  • Hose Water terms and handoff added to hi-clients (99f5541, 94aeb67).

Known and unfixed

  • Elizabeth’s Company Updates was last published 5 September. It is the one remaining fleet-check failure, and only Daisy writes that file.
  • The mini rebuild Stacy approved on 19 September has not restarted. Its seats are still closed.

Two agents who did not assemble this page read it before publish.

What the passes found

  • Receipts pass: 30 claims checked, 10 unreceipted — Kai, 2026-10-05. All ten reworded or removed before publish. The main one: the page said no agent had run, but Cairo ran on 2 October. Others were overstatements like “first”, “by choice” and unreceipted absences.
  • Presentation pass: 2 findings — Cairo, 2026-10-05. Both fixed: the first Blockers item and the “weekend” tag had no styles outside the approval strip. Page-level rules added.
