Tracker #12, marked "next Cairo session," owner you + me. Cairo builds hi!'s own deck template as instance work through per-item review; the lessons fill the empty worked-example slot in their decks reference.
Why my pick: it's the tracker's own named next step, it dogfoods Cairo the way Claire and Kai just were, and finishing it ships v0.9.4 — which also closes B for free.
Cairo's five deepening commits landed after the 0.9.3 manifest sync, so no install sees them until the next bump (tracker #11 — the silent plugin-update no-op). Bump all three manifests together, push, done.
Standalone if you don't want a Cairo session today; folded into A otherwise.
Claire's identity file (and Craig's) carry they/them as a flagged placeholder "pending Monday's agenda": the original roster read as a female-secretary / male-engineer lineup. Daisy, Aimee, Aidan, Cairo, Kai are settled; Claire and Craig aren't.
A decision session, not a build — and partly shared with Stacy.
Tracker #9. Privacy blocker resolved 08-24; the trial never actually started. Needs: collaborator invites, a setup note, and picking what they test at v0.9.x.
Outward-facing — invites go out only on your explicit yes.
