Six things to go through. Five of them used to live on Elizabeth's laptop or her personal Claude account, which meant Stacy could not open any of them. They are all here now.
The audit landed and most of it cleared: the direction, the SEO work, the channel read, the ask, the internal section and the deck all approved by both. Two rows held with no note — the four findings and the after-state mock — which is what still blocks any new design work.
The handoff approved in full but for one row. Templates, the Asana wiring, the SLA, the calendar, invoices, contracts and filing all settled. The single hold: naming one approver of record, a name rather than a rota. Her engines stay inert on it.
Their first brief cleared review, the handoff to Stacy was approved to send as written, and their name and pronouns were confirmed — Kai, they/them — closing a thread that had been open since 31 August.
Two of two: the deepening plan approved as scoped, and all five design changes approved.
The Forwarded Twenty read and its recommended actions both approved. The Fleet Curriculum signed off with six of seven tracks live and T3, ops connectors, held by both of you — the one assignment that never started.
The Web-Craft report presented, its skill division and tooling stance still undecided. No verdict on either, three days on.
Both founders adopted the Friday Roundup as a standing weekly routine, and this hub as the sharing mechanic — the two decisions that made every page since possible.
claude plugin marketplace update hi then claude plugin update hi-fleet@hi, and restart. The Friday Roundup. Every Friday morning, before we meet, one link carries the week's work — every deck, review page and decision either of us needs to open. Not a status report. The actual artifacts, assembled, sorted by whose call it is.
Why it's worth a routine. This page took an hour of emergency work this morning, because five of six things on today's agenda could not be opened by the person they were for. Three were local web servers on Elizabeth's laptop that had quietly stopped overnight, with their only copies sitting in a temporary folder macOS deletes on its own. Two were on a personal Claude account, which returns a hard 404 to anyone signed in as hi!. Every browser kept showing a cached copy, so none of it looked broken until someone else tried to look.
What it costs. Nothing new to learn and nothing to maintain — it is a skill the fleet runs, so it happens whether or not either of us remembers. Roughly ten minutes, Friday morning, before it is urgent.
What it replaces. Six links that mostly don't work, with one that does. Each week gets its own dated address, so a decision from three weeks ago is still findable instead of living in a chat scroll.
Green when you have both signed off. Red when it is waiting on one of you, and it says which.
Seven blanks and three decisions, open since 31 August. Claire's engines stay inert on unfilled slots, so she cannot leave training until these land. The longest-standing block in the fleet.
The handoffWhat's nextKai's first research brief cleared Elizabeth's review on 31 August. Outstanding from Stacy: confirm the name. The charter roster and README still read "parked-candidate" and want correcting either way.
The handoffFirst briefCraft widened to decks, social, print and motion, with a verified size manifest. On main since 31 August and unshipped until this morning's version bump. Next up is Cairo's first training run on the hi! deck template.

Open the readSixteen assigned videos on building beautiful websites, watched in full by Cairo and Craig, audited for craft against filler, and turned into a page that performs its own syllabus. Three verdicts inside: the skill division, the tooling stance, and signoff.
Open the reportThe curriculum track released this morning: the AI-video landscape surveyed rights-first — the one legal fact that shapes client delivery, a license map with receipts, where the taste gate sits, and a $50–69 bake-off trial awaiting approval.
